I’m a business valuation and transaction advisory professional with seven years of experience spanning financial reporting valuations, corporate finance, transaction advisory, and financial modelling. I hold the CFA, ACCA, and CBV designations.
My career has taken me from Karachi to Riyadh to Toronto, working across public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects — roads, airports, power generation, and hospitals — as well as M&A due diligence and business valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes. That range has given me a practical, cross-border view of how deals and valuations actually get done, from the first data room request through to the investment committee presentation.
I also serve as an exam grader for the CFA Institute, reviewing candidate responses on the CFA essay exams.
